To be honest, I don’t normally do reviews or recommend products. That’s primarily because most Internet Marketing related products that have come out over the last several years are of limited value and are way over-hyped (and overpriced).
There are a ton of “cool” tools out there, but they almost always fall short of the real goal… making lots of money!
Yes, they may have a couple of legit features that (at the time) seem pretty awesome, but overall most products are successfully sold because of the exaggerated claims of quickly making you tons of cash while you’re on the beach sipping pina coladas in your underwear (or something like that).
Fortunately, that is far from the case with SECockpit.
Over the last several years, I have spent countless hours (and many thousands of dollars) trying out dozens of keyword research and other market research tools looking to find the one that actually does what it says, and SECockpit is far and away the best keyword/SEO research tool I have ever used… PERIOD!
By the way, it’s SECockpit, not SEOCockpit (that’s a different product).

SECockpit is a web-based tool that makes the job of researching keywords, niches and domain name availability a breeze. SECockpit easily identifies markets, keywords and domain names that are ripe for the picking.
Over the past 4 years, I have spent a small fortune on SEO and keyword research tools, some of which I still use and some that have become either irrelevant, incompatible, or no longer run on the newer operating systems. SECockpit is web based which makes it much more convenient – like when I travel without my computer to visit relatives, I can login and access the software from any computer.
Keyword Research Using SECockpit
The way that SECockpit performs keyword research is different than any of the other tools I have tested. The speed at which it can generate huge lists of keywords makes other software seem like dinosaurs in comparison. Not only do I get my data quickly, the data is completely filterable and sortable by what ever metric I want.
For instance, If I want to search for “dog training” I can tell SECockpit to only show keywords that receive more than 100 searches per month. After a very short time, I have my results and can sort by monthly searches, number of daily visitors (assumes a position 1 ranking) CPC, or “Rank” which needs a little explanation.
